Once you submit a project proposal request we start by carefully reading any information and documentation you may send with your initial quote request, examining any existing resources you may have, listening to your needs and focusing on you, the client, and your needs, not ours.

From there we will ask you any needed follow up questions and ask for additional information if needed and then we will work up a written proposal for your project including all the necessary information to let you make a well informed decision about whether or not our services are right for you.

We will give you an estimate of cost and time and make sure that we both, you and us, understand exactly what is desired and what is needed to attain the project goals. If everything seems to be a "go" then we will write the project up in detail, finely outlining all the project goals and making crystal clear the scope of the project so that we all know what to expect and what services are to be included.

We work very hard to make sure you get exactly what you paid for with any project with us, big or small, and we work very hard early on to define that scope so we are all on the same page and everyone knows exactly what to expect.

We will communicate with you every step of the way making sure you are satisfied with our progress and we will not stop until you are 100% satisfied.

We will finalize everything with a written contract that outlines all the legalities and warranties and everything else needed for successful project completion.

We treat every client as if you are the only client, and every project as if it were our own.
